Apple , has officially launched iPhone 17 Pro in India as part of its new iPhone 17 series, which consists of iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and a trim iPhone Air. Sales of the phones began on September 19, 2025, in authorised Apple stores and other big retailers.
In India, the iPhone 17 Pro will begin at around ₹134,900. The more costly variants (512GB, 1TB, 2TB) are also offered.
The Apple A19 Pro chip will power the iPhone 17 Pro offering superior performance and efficiency. The phone has three 48MP rear lenses, Wide, Ultra Wide, and Telephoto, and an improved resolution front camera. An Always-On screen and ProMotion (120Hz) have also been advanced in display technology.

Other highlights:
New finishes such as Deep Blue, Cosmic Orange and Silver.
All models of iPhone 17 have been made with greater storage of 256GB.
The retail benefits are exchange bonuses, EMI, and bank-card discounts. Such retailers as Croma, Ingram Micro, Vijay Sales, and Reliance Digital are taking part.
Nonetheless, it already has some initial quality complaints: scratches on some colour options (Deep Blue and Black), the camera glitch, when sections of the photos appear black or white in the LED light. Apple has already admitted that it has these issues and intends to update the software to address the problem with the camera.

When purchasing an iPhone 17 Pro India launch, make sure that you have genuine packaging and warranty. Moreover, there are the extras: storage, finish, accessories, and the presence of offers/EMIs that decrease the initial cost. The entry model can be costly, however, the add-ons are substantial: improved cameras, longer battery life, new chip, and 256GB minimum storage.
